By using Chatlet you agree to the following terms.

1. Age requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. By continuing you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to harass, threaten, or abuse others, not to share illegal, sexual, or hateful content, and not to use the service for spam or unauthorised advertising.

3. Moderation

Media streams are peer-to-peer. Text messages are stored temporarily for moderation and are deleted automatically after the retention period. We may block IP addresses that violate these terms.

4. Law enforcement

Illegal activity will not be tolerated. We reserve the right to report offenders and share connection metadata with the relevant authorities.

5. No warranty

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from its use.
